Return and Refunds Policy

Each product is hand-made and therefore unique and variations will occur. Colours and size may vary. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I will be happy to exchange for another item within 14 days of purchase. Alternatively, I will refund the sale if it is returned in perfect condition within 7 working days of receipt of order. I will be unable to refund postage costs for returning items. Earrings are exempt from refund/returns and exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Terms of Service

JEWELLERY
As my jewellery is hand made, and often made to order, please expect up to 4 weeks for delivery. If I have items in stock I will always send out within 2 – 4 days of order being received. If you need jewellery sooner, or would like to enquire regarding dispatch date please contact me at veronique@veroniquepullen.com

DELIVERY
U.K. purchases are insured and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and will require a signature upon receipt. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Veronique Pullen cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country's postal service or customs checks, however, I will try my best to track U.K. service and International service for delivery information. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your delivery has been delayed, please contact me and I will provide you with a tracking number. Orders are often made to order and delivery can take up to 4 weeks, but this is subject to change and you will be advised of any further unexpected delays.Lost and Delayed Orders

If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your order please contact me and I will be able to advise regarding tracking details for your package.

REPAIRS
In the unfortunate event of your jewellery needing to be repaired please do return to the below address (you will need to pay for postage). I try to return jewellery within 2 weeks of receipt, via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Please send to address above listed under ‘Returns’ .

SUSTAINABILITY
I work hard to be as sustainable and ethical as I possibly can be. I use ECO (recycled) silver wherever possible. The majority of pieces I make are made in 925 sterling silver, which is sometimes plated with 23ct yellow gold, the majority of which is recycled metal.

Silver – I buy my silver from Cooksongold, which is part of the Heimerle + Meulle Group. Heimerle + Meulle are a German company specialising in precious metals 60% of which are recycled and the other 40% are mined in the EU.Heimerle + Meulle are approved by LMBA, the global authority on precious metals.

Gold – I use Elliott Fitzpatrick for gilding. The majority of gold used for guilding is recycled.

Stones – I buy all my stones and freshwater pearls from Ward Gemstones in Hatton Garden. This is a UK based company whose stone suppliers comply with the Kimberly Process. Sadly, a system is not yet in place for me to be able to have information on exactly where my stones come from and I have to trust my supplier that they are from reputable and ethical sources.
